Introduction:
The industrial connectivity gateway Advantech ICR-1745W-EU-A is designed for wireless communication in demanding industrial environments. It enables reliable connection of IP devices and serial buses to a 5G NR network and delivers low latency for real-time data transmission. Thanks to its robust metal housing, wide operating temperature range, integrated WiFi 6, and support for advanced software features, it is an ideal solution for industrial M2M and IoT applications such as environmental monitoring, vending machines, surveillance, and remote management.
The gateway is equipped with five Gigabit Ethernet ports, serial communication interfaces, digital I/O, USB, and GNSS support. It also supports secure VPN communication, diagnostic tools, cloud-based management, and custom software development through the Linux-based ICR-OS platform.
